Networking with the REALTORS® who work with thousands of home and property buyers and sellers every year.
·                     Exposure to regional affiliates, appraisers, financial institutions, builders, attorneys, area civic leaders, and professional associations.
·                     Listing of your Firm's name on our Web-Site with a connecting link to your website.
·                     Listing of your name and e-mail address beneath your firm name on our Web-Site.
·                     Introduction to our General Membership at a Monthly Business Meeting as a guest of Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, Inc.
·                     Attendance at monthly and annual Association functions at the reduced member rate. A great way to keep up on what's new in the Industry!
·                     Optional opportunity to sponsor an Association luncheon and present information about your firm.
·                     Optional participation as a Member on one of our Committees. (Some are concerned strictly with the business of operating the Association; others are concerned with the benefit of the community at large).
·                     Optional participation as a Member of our Affiliate Council.
·                     Recognition on website for participation on Affiliate Council, GBAR committees, sponsorship of monthly Association meetings and events

We believe you’ll agree that our modest dues of $200 per year for Affiliate Membership is a real bargain for all these valuable benefits ($50 for Affiliate Representatives – additional members).
