In honor of GBAR Member Bob Lechner, who passed away May 13, the 1st Annual Robert Lechner Memorial Binghamton Elks Lodge #70 Captain and Crew Golf Tournament will be held at Golden Oaks Country Club in Windsor on Saturday, June 23, 2012. Starting time at 7:30 am with Shotgun Start at 8:00 am. Cost is $60.00 per person with a Steak Dinner to follow at the Lodge.
